Připravili jsme pro Vás další ze speciálů - tentokrát je to Crazy Mustang. Tento osvěžující ALE chutná po vinné révě a angreštu. Jedná se o "single beer" - pivo jedno - druhové. Vaří se tedy pouze z jednoho druhu chmele - novozélandského NELSON SAUVIN a jednoho druhu sladu - českého. Po kvašení byla znovu za studena přidám chmel, který se nechal dva dny rozvonět. Pak sládci nechali pivo prudce zchladit.
Po třech týdnech odležení mohlo toto pivo přijít na čep:)

Try our new original bitter Crazy Mustang 13 ALE a delightful creation with a unique taste of grapes and gooseberries.
Try our new special beer for you - this time it is Crazy Mustang. This refreshing ALE has a delicious taste of grapes and gooseberries. To brew this "single beer" - brewers used a special type of hops from New Zealand - NELSON SAUVIN and one variety of classic Czech malt. After the initial fermentation process the same hops the brewers added and left it for two days, bringing it to the perfect flavor. Then the brewers cooled the worth to a very low temperature and allow the fermentation process to continue which takes three weeks.
